UI image remains masked when Canvas contains "Rect Mask 2D" component and after moving the image it into the Game screen
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Rect_2D_mask_2.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe Game View
Expected result: the sprite is seen in the middle of the Game View
Actual result: the sprite is still masked
Reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.13f1, 2109.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a11
