UI GameObject with one pixel border occasionally rendered not correctly in Game view depending on position
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the only "Components" scene in it.
2. In the scene view, select the image with the blue border and drag it around.
3. Notice in the Game view, that parts of the blue border will occasionally disappear.
Expected behavior: UI GameObject with 1 pixel border rendered correctly in Game view.
Actual behavior: UI GameObject with one pixel border occasionally rendered not correctly in Game view depending on position.
Reproducible: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0p3, 5.5.0b1
