UI Flickers in Game View when Camera.Render is Selected in the Frame Debugger
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1172637
2. Play the Scene
4. Enable the Frame Debugger
5. Select "Camera.Render" entry in the Frame Debugger
6. Move the mouse between Game View and Frame Debugger window
Expected result: The UI does not flicker when moving the mouse
Actual result: The UI flickers when moving the mouse
Reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.3.2f1
Notes:
The UI also flickers when dragging the mouse while holding the Mouse1 button in the Game view
