Steps to Repro:
1. Open attached project
2. UIE Test Suite > Open FTP
3. Scrollview > Properties
4. Switch Scrollbar visibility
Actual Result:
Scroll bar visibility is not being toggled
Expected Result:
Scroll bar visibility is toggled
