UI Elements in ScrollView repositioned on Android device.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build on android
-UI elements are repositioned incorrectly in ScrollView
Expected result: UI elements in ScrollView should stay at the same position just like in the Editor
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b7, 5.4.1f1, 5.3.6p4
