UI Element navigation using the arrow keys sometimes becomes unresponsive when a DualShock 4 controller is connected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-93686" project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Use the up and down arrow keys to navigate the button list
5. Observe the button list
6. Connect a DualShock 4 gamepad
7. Use the up and down arrow keys to navigate the button list again
8. Observe the button list
Expected result: The navigation is responsive when navigating the button list using the up and down arrow keys
Actual result: Sometimes the navigation is not responsive and pressing one of the up or down arrow keys does not switch the highlighted button in the button list
Reproducible with: 1.7.0(2021.3.48f1), 1.11.2(2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 6000.1.0b5), 1.12.0(2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2)
