UI element changes position after upgrading to newer Unity version
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download RectTest.zip and open project in 2018.1.0b2
2. Notice that "PanelWhite" is located on the left side
3. Open project in 2018.1.0b6
4. Notice that "PanelWhite" is still in the same place
5. Double click "RectTest" in project window to reopen scene
6. Notice that "PanelWhite" change position
Expected results: Canvas element doesn't change position after upgrade
Actual results: Canvas element changes position after upgrade
Reproduced with:2017.3.1p1, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.1.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.1f1, 2017.2.1p3
