[UI] Duplicating child objects of Canvas with rotation set to Worldspace sets incorrect scale values
Steps to reproduce:
1) open users attached project
2) select from hierarchy cube>CanvasWithLocalRotation>Panel
3) duplicate (ctrl+D)
Actual: X and Z scale values of the duplicated panel are incorrect
Expected: Duplicated panel should have the same values as the original
