UI Dropdown does not react to mouse clicks when canvas uses Screen Space - Camera render mode and camera's viewport is modified
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project inside "Investonomics.zip"
2. Open the scene "investonomics"
3. Play the scene
4. Click on the Dropdown UI element
Expected: Dropdown reacts to a mouse click
Actual: Dropdown does not react to a mouse click
Reproduces on: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.2.0a2
