UI doesn't render List contents when using GUIUtility.ScaleAroundPivot
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "project-2020.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Select SampleScene>DemoObject in the Hierarchy window
Expected results: Content in "List UI Scaled" in the Inspector window is visible
Actual results: Content in "List UI Scaled" in the Inspector window is not visible
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b5, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.2.0b4
Reproducible on: Windows 10
