UI corrupts and Editor crashes when opening Modal dialog from another Modal dialog
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Press Tests > Show DialogA > Show DialogB
3. Close DialogB
4. Close DialogA
5. Repeat from Step 2 if the issue is not apparent
Expected result: Modal Dialogs open and close without issues
Actual result: Errors are thrown, The Editor UI corrupts, the Editor crashes

Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1
