UI components aren't resized after aspect ratio of game view is changed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Change aspect ratio of game view to 4:3
4. Un-focus editor
5. While editor is un-focused, click directly onto aspect ratio dropdown and select 16:10
6. Notice that aspect ratio is changed but UI Panel isn't resized
Workaround: resize game/scene view
