[UI] Clicking on the enable toggle of blocks doesn't always work.
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX Graph and open it
2. From a zoomed out view, zoom in a lot in one go (video attached)
3. Try to click on the checkbox of any of the blocks
4. Observe you can't interact with them
5. Toggle the collapse arrow next to the checkbox
6. Observe now you can interact with the enable toggle.
