[UI] Canvas transform not being updated after changes in Canvas Scale via Editor script
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the editor window under "Canvas Bug/Open Window"
3. Assign the canvas and hit the resize button.
4. After this you can see that the changes are applied to the Canvas Scaler component but the position/size/scale of the canvas driven transform is not updated.
5. Try folding/unfolding any of the components of the canvas and you can see how then it gets updated.
Reproducible: 5.5.0a2, 5.4.0b23, 5.3.5p5, 5.2.5f1
