UI Buttons that are rendered in World Space are not interacteable when interacted with through a non "MainCamera" tagged Camera GameObject
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-133962.zip” Project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Open the Game View Window and set it to Display 1
4. Open a new Game View Window and set it to Display 2
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Interact with the UI Buttons in the Game View using Display 1
7. Open the second Game View Window that is using Display 2 and interact with the UI Buttons
8. Observe the UI Button behaviour
Actual result: UI Buttons are not interactable when using a non “MainCamera” tagged Camera
Expected result: UI Buttons can be interacted with regardless of the Camera used
Reproducible with: 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Couldn’t test with: 6000.0.68f1 (Render Mode feature for UI Document assets was not implemented, feature introduced in 6.2 and above)
Reproducible on: macOS 26.2 M3 Pro, Windows 11 (user’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
