[ UI ] Buttons hidden behind other buttons register hovers and presses
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "CanvasRaycastBug"
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Enter play mode
4. In game view hover over "Button canvas 1" and "Button canvas 2"
5. Notice that even though image in Canvas(3) blocks those buttons, hovers are still registered
6. Disable and then enable Graphic Raycaster on Canvas(3)
7. Hover over "Button canvas 1" and "Button canvas 2"
8. This time they are blocked correctly
