UI Button Component OnClick Event List "Minus" Button is Unclickable
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "UIButton Fail" project
2. Open "Example" Scene
3. Using inspector look at button game object in the scene
4. "On Click" events list "minus" button to delete function is grey and un-clickable

Workaround: Add and remove functions for "On Click" event list.
