[UI Builder] Right-clicking while dragging a Visual element can get the Visual element stuck
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "1415493.zip" project
2. Open Assets > NewUXMLTemplate
3. Select a new Visual element
4. Drag it to UI Builder Hierarchy
5. While holding down the left mouse button right-click
Expected result: Visual element is created
Actual result: Visual element gets stuck
Reproduced with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1), 1.0.0 (2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a13)

- Visual element gets unstuck when selecting a new Visual element
