UI Builder Inspector sections fail to paint when a change in Label properties is saved
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-94136" project
2. Open the "Assets/Test.unity" Scene
3. Open the UI Builder ("Window -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder")
4. In the UI Builder Hierarchy, select the "Label" element
5. In the UI Builder Inspector, expand all of the sections
6. Change any parameter and save by pressing the "Ctrl + S" button combination on your keyboard or by pressing the "Save" button ("File -> Save")
7. Scroll around the Inspector and observe the sections
Expected result: All of the Inspector sections are painted
Actual result: Some Inspector sections are not painted
