[UI Builder] Fit viewport fails when canvas has been adjusted
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new project
2. Open the UI Builder and add a Button to the canvas. Press f in the view to focus on the button.
3. Adjust the size of the canvas by dragging the top left corner
4. Focus on the button, notice it moves to the wrong location.
*Actual results:* Zooms to the wrong location (see gif)
