Dropdown options appear on top of the window when part of the window is covered
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create UI Document (Create > UI > UI Document)
3. Double-click on the newly created UI Document to open UI Builder window
4. Drag Visual Element into Hierarchy section and click on it to see the information in Inspector
5. Lower the window so that it would be partially covered by the taskbar
6. Select Height property to open its dropdown
Actual results: Dropdown is opened above the UI Builder window
Expected results: Dropdown is opened above or on top of the dropdown with the checked option aligning with the dropdown position
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b5
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1 2022.3.63f1, 2023.3.0a19, 6000.0.51f1
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
