Dragging is laggy with slow movements in the Behaviour Tree Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "1263427_repro" project
2. Go to AI -> Generate Test Tree
3. Double click on the "TestTree" asset from the Assets folder in the Project window
4. Find where 5 nodes are connected in the Behaviour Tree Editor
5. Drag around one of the nodes in the Behaviour Tree Editor
Expected result: Dragging a node is smooth in the Behaviour Tree Editor with both slow and faster movements
Actual result: Dragging a node is laggy with slow movements but smooth with faster movements
Reproducible with: 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a18
Could not test with: 2018.4.25f
