[UI] Baked and Realtime Shadow options are no longer displayed
Steps for reproduction:
1) Create a new project
2) Select `Directional Light`
3) In Inspector, find `Shadow Type` parameter
4) Observe that no shadow settings are displayed when the option is selected as `Hard Shadows` or `Soft Shadows`
Note:
- A regression introduced in version 2018.2.0b10 (4bc57476174c)
