uGUI Slider does not disappear when the slider value is 0
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a slider
3. Enter play mode
4. Slide the slider so it's value is 0. A bit of the slider can still be seen
Though I this looks okay in the default slider setup, it does not if something like a tiling image is used, so some control would be really nice
