[ugui] RectMask2D stops working after reparenting.
1) Download the sample project from 1395689.
2) Open scene MultiDisplayErrors
3) Press Play
4) Select the 2 Cameras in the scene called `AdditionalDisplayCamera(Clone)` and change the Display to 1 for both of them. We are not using multiple display for this bug.
5)Press the "Parent to next Display" button 3 times
6) Noticed the RectMask2D in the bottom right corner has vanished.
