uGUI rect transform rotation is broken in 4.6.0b7
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test
3. Enter play mode - note that the panel is scaling rather than rotation
4. Note that only the rotation is being animated
Regression since 4.6.0b6 (animations imported from b6 work fine, but the ones created on b7 have this issue)
