uGUI load spikes on iOS devices when using multiple canvases
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “2022.2_urp_test.zip” project
2. Go to Build Settings and enable “Development Build” and “Autoconnect Profiler” settings
3. Build for iOS and deploy the app to an iOS device
4. In the editor open the Profiler window and connect your device then in the search field write “WaitForJobGroupID”
5. In the app place one finger on the green square and another one near that square
6. Keep moving the square and observe the Profiler window
Expected result: “WaitForJobGroupID” is about 4-7%
Actual result: “WaitForJobGroupID” is about 14-30%
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.0b16
Could not test with: 2020.3.43f1 (App crashed)
