[UAAL] Setting up project to be used as a library causes and building causes "Could not find :billing-3.0.1"
1. Open attached "NativeAndroidApp" with AndroidStudio
2. Try to build and launch on device
Expected result - App launches on device
Actual result - App fails with "Could not find :billing-3.0.1:." errors
Reproducible with 2021.1.3f1, 2020.2.7f1
Reproducible with - IAP package 3.0.1 version
Not reproducible with - IAP package 2.2.2 version
Note - Removing In App Purchasing package solves the issue
