typeof(System.Action).BaseType.GetMethod ("Invoke") crashes the Editor in g_logv
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (reflectionCrash.zip)
2. Enter Play mode
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash
Reproduced in 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a2
