TypeInfo reports invalid size when type contains GCHandle fields
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “The Bug“ GameObejct
4. Observe the “Size of” and “Type Size” values in the Inspector window
Expected result: The values should match
Actual result: The values do not match
Reproducible with: 1.3.9 (2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.41f1 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.8 (2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.41f1 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6)
