TypeCache.GetTypesDerivedFrom function returns duplicate types when derived classes are located in a separate folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the users' attached project
2. Press Bug > Reproduce
3. Observe the console window
Expected result: 'CodeStage.Bug.ExternalIssueDetector' is only displayed once in the Console window
Actual result: 'CodeStage.Bug.ExternalIssueDetector' is displayed twice in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a13
