Two asserts appear when user double-clicks on unitypackage outside the Editor
Regression: First Unity version where this behaviour is introduced: 5.4.0b2 (1f5762d1292e)
Steps:
1. Open Editor with some project
2. Double-click on the unity package (outside the Editor)
==>
"Import Unity Package" dialog appears and two asserts:
"SUCCEEDED(hr)"
"wmiOpened"
