[tvOS] Input.location.isEnabledByUser is always false
To Reproduce:
1. Enable Location in Settings/Privacy on your Apple TV.
2. Build and run the attache project.
3. Observe that 'Input.location.isEnabledByUser' is false (right, 2nd line from the bottom)
