[tvOS][ads] 'UnityAds/UnityAds.h' file not found in Xcode when building with Advertisement Package 2.3.1
Steps:
1. Open attached project ("AppleTV-Ads.zip")
2. Build and Run on Apple TV
Expected: Build successfully runs on Apple TV
Actual: Build fails in Xcode: 'UnityAds/UnityAds.h' file not found
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a11
Workaround: open Package Manager and downgrade Advertisement package to 2.0.8

Pretty much the UnityAds Framework is absent from the Xcode project for the Advertisement 3.2.0 package.
