Tutorial Overlays Blink frantically when in Play Mode in Learning Templates
How to reproduce:
1. Create project with the Lego Microgame template
2. Start Tutorials
3. Enter Play Mode and move mouse out of Scene View
Actual result: Tutorial Overlays blink and change width frantically
Expected result: Overlays are changing width as in the other tutorials
Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2021.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.0f1
Couldn't test with: 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a19 (No templates)
Reproduced on: Mac M1 Monterey 12.5.1, Ubuntu 18.04
Note: Testing was done on Lego Microgame Template, though the issue also seems to affect other Tutorial involved templates like FPS Tutorial

Resolution Note (2020.3.X):
An update to the tutorial framework is available for users to update to if they're encountering this issue. The framework update is also available in the latest Unity 2021 LTS and I'd recommend users use that.
