Troubleshooter not showing My Cases after I logged out and logged in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity TroubleShooter
2. Click the account name in the top right and sign out
3. Sign back in
4. My Issues tab won't load any cases

Expected result: After re-logging , the cases should be loaded
Actual result: After re-logging, no cases are shown in "My issues" tab

Reproduced on 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0a1

Note: Errors thrown
"UnityConnectUserInfoRequest: Timed out while fetching user - please check your network connection"
"UnityConnectOrganizationRequest: Timed out while fetching orgs - please check your network connection"
