TroubleShooter links do not get indicated as clickable by the cursor when hovering over them
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open TroubleShooter
2. Hover over links in Unity Knowledge Base
3. Cursor doesn't get changed, unsure if clicking will result in opening a link
Expected: If there is a link being hovered, cursor changes to finger clicker
Actual: There's a small spot that it does sort of change, but most of the space of the link is inactive for the cursor
