[TreeCreator] Nodes from Tree Data file aren't automatically removed when Branch Group Nodes are removed in the Inspector
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("New Folder")
2. Select the Tree in the scene window. In rightmost Inspector window, select the Branch Group
3. Add One more Branch Group and increase it's frequency parameter to 25
4. Notice that in the leftmost inspector number Node Elements of Tree Data increased
5. In the rightmost inspector, select the created Branch Group and press Trash Bin icon to delete the group
Expected: Created Tree Data Node Elements are deleted
Actual: Created Tree Data Node Elements are not deleted
Reproduced with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.10f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.2.0a9
Notes:
- Error on version 2019.2 can be ignored, issue is reproducible in a new project as well
- In 2019.1 the leftmost inspector does not update pinned Tree Data file. The file must be manually selected in project window to see the created Node Elements

TreeCreator will only be available as a package in GitHub, where Unity developers and users will be able to contribute to its development and maintenance. To support this move, we are suspending bug fixes until the TreeCreator is a package. However, although TreeCreator will not available directly in the Unity Editor, Unity will continue to support any Assets made with TreeCreator.
