Tree Asset Preview window is not updated after assigning a new Material
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. In Hierarchy window create a Tree GO
3. In Project window create Material
4. Add newly created Material to the Tree GO
5. Observe Tree Asset in Project window and Inspector window > Preview window
Actual results: Tree Asset Material is not updated when new Material is set on it, Preview window in Inspector and Project window still shows magenta color
Expected results: Tree Asset Material is updated in Preview window in Inspector and Project window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0 (M1)
