"Transparent" render queue treats passes differently than "Geometry" or "AlphaTest" render queue
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached(PassSorting23.zip)
2. Open scene "PassSortingTogether"
3. Open Frame Debugger
4. Change Render Queue of "PassSortingTest" to 2450.
Expected result: Passes will be treated identically.
Actual result: Passes are treated differently. Planes also look differently after changing render queue.
Note: There is "PassSortingSeparate" scene in "New Folder", and repeat 4 step. Passes also change even if they are not grouped together.
Reproduced on: 5.5.1f1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0p1, 2017.1.0b1
