Transition's preview cannot be controlled when Preview window is Undocked
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1049607.zip" project
2. Select the Cube gameObject from the Hierarchy and open the Animator window
3. Select the Transition between RotateRight and RotateLeft Animations
4. Preview the Transition in an Undocked Preview window
5. Notice how you cannot control Transition's preview when the Preview window is paused (Track's Slider doesn't react to mouse input)
Expected result: Transition's preview can be controlled even when opened in an Undocked Preview window
Actual result: Transition's preview cannot be controlled when opened in an Undocked Preview window
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a2
Note:
1. The issue only occurs when previewing Transitions
2. The preview can still be controlled from the Inspector's window
