[Transform] Transform.Rotate makes inprecise rotation up to a half degree
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and the scene inside it
2) Select the cube to see its rotation values in inspector
3) Right-click the scene - there is a script which spins it 15 degrees on Y axis
Expected result: The cube rotates strictly 15 degrees
Actual result: The cube rotates between 14.5-15.5 degrees, depending on its current rotational position
Reproduced in 5.4.0f3, 5.4.1p2
Not reproduced in 5.3.6p6
