Transform Scale loses precision when duplicating child GameObject
To reproduce:
1. Open 'LostPrecision' project
2. Open 'Test' scene
3. Duplicate 'InnerWall0' GameObject
4. Duplicate 'InnerWall1' GameObject
5. Compare Transform scale between original and copied GameObjects
Expected vs Actual: two last digits after decimal point should not be lost when child GameObject 'InnerWall0' is copied
Reproduced on: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.3p4, 5.6.2p1 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
