transform on cloth component doesn't move the cloth properly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open importedCloth scene
3. Select Cloth object
4. Enter play mode
5. Move the object using the gizmo in the scene view
Expected result: The object moves as it's moved
Actual result: It moves completely differently
Note: Only reproducible in play mode. Normally it moves properly.
