[Transform] Motion Vectors no longer updated when transform set via script
Motion vector texture is not updated when an objects transform is set via script. This seems to be a regression from our transform refactor in 5.6.
Repro steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "Scene
2) Enter playmode and press "Return"
3) Notice how motion vectors get "stuck"
(C# script on cube only sets transform position)
Moving the cube via Scene view gizmo or transform component in Inspector work as intended
Reproducible in 5.6.0b6
Not reproducible in 5.5.x
