Transform.localscale fails to be called more than once when Canvas Render Mode is set to 'Camera'
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Play scene
3. Click image multiple times
Expected: Each time image is pushed, it will be zoomed in a bit, and after release zoomed out.
Actual: Image is zoomed in only when pushing it for the first time
Reproduced: 2017.1.0f1, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0b2
Not reproducible: 5.6.2p3, 5.6.3p4, 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0f1
Regression introduced in 2017.1.0b8-2017.1.0f1
Note: when Render Camera is set to 'None' or Render Mode is not 'Camera', it works properly
