Collision 2D detection does not work correctly in 5.4 and newer versions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project in 5.4 or 5.5
2. Open scene "test area"
3. press play
-"Dummy" gameObject starts to flip randomly.
Actual result: collision with raycasts gets triggered more than once making gameObject flip multiple times .
Expected result: collision should only get detected once.
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b2, 5.4.1f1
Does not reproduce on: 5.3.6p4
