Transform components are added when a prefab is baked with "TransformUsageFlags.None" flag
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-116482” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Open the Entities Hierarchy window (Window > Entities > Hierarchy)
5. Select the prefab Entity
6. Observe components in the Inspector window
Expected result: No Transform components are attached
Actual result: “Local Transform” and “Local To World” components are attached
Reproducible with: 1.3.14, 1.4.0-pre.4 (6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11, Windows 10 (user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
