Trail renderer flicker when changing size of a scene window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 916142_repro.zip
2. Open "test" scene (scenes->test)
2b. Enter Play Mode
3. Change size of a scene window
Expected results: particles shouldn't flicker in scene view
Actual results: Trail particles flicker when scene window size is changed
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0a3, 2017.1.0b9, 5.6.1p3 (and all other 5.6 versions)
Not reproducible with: 5.5.3p4
