Touchscreen keyboard doesn't show up when input field is selected with physical mouse
Issue is related to Windows Store Apps platform. Physical mouse doesn't trigger touchscreen keyboard in input field.
Selecting input field with touch input makes touchscreen keyboard appear.
Selecting input field with physical mouse doesn't make touchscreen keyboard appear.
Reproducible on 4.5.0, 4.5.3 versions;
